No. The Liquishot device can be used by connecting to the water supply network or by pumping medium from a standing medium source (e.g. pumping from a bucket, the sea …). The device allows pumping at a height of up to three meters from the medium source.

The device is used in combination with a lithium-ion battery. The package includes an 18 V battery with a capacity of 5 Ah, which allows up to 300 minutes of operation (with a minimum set flow of the medium and supply from a water source). After discharging, the battery is charged via the included charging station. The device can also be used with other batteries and charging stations by Bosch Power Tools GmbH. There is additional waterproof protection for the lithium-ion battery, which is made of synthetic elastic material that protects the battery from liquid entering the inside of the device. Due to its electronics, the device must not be used for cleaning below the surface, but it is resistant to splashes of liquid on the device, which can occur during normal use. It is not allowed to use the device with the waterproof protection. The demonstration of using, placing and removing the waterproof protection is available in the user manual.

Outlet flow and pressure are adjusted via a rotary knob on the back of the device. The flow of up to 200 l / h and the outlet pressure of up to 23.6 bar are achieved. The flow and pressure also depend on the properties of the liquid used and the method of pumping (connection to the water supply network or pumping from a standing medium source). The jet depends on the nozzle. The basic package comes with a universal nozzle that allows you to achieve a jet with an angle of 10 °, which according to the tests performed meets most of the needs of users. It is possible to buy additional nozzles of different dimensions that allow adjustable or diffuse jet. In addition to the nozzles, additional equipment also includes various extensions that allow the Liquishot to be used in hard-to-reach places. A storage case is included with the purchase, which allows easy transport and storage of the device. Additional equipment (such as extra nozzles, bucket, hose) can be stored in a bag designed for this purpose.
